Paul was an alumni of the VSN Class of '98.  He was an academic achiever and a well-known "Spartan."  He was the glow in a room full of darkness and he was one of my best friends.  I remember when we used to hang out after school and console eachother about anything and everything.  I remember the trips to Jersey with the whole group.  Above all, I remember that prize-winning smile.  I remember Paul always telling me "it's going to be ok kid, just wait it out one more day."  God, I wish sometimes that he'd taken his own advice.
